Located in the Province of Iloilo, in the island of Panay, on the banks of the Suage River, 17 M. or 30 km. Outside the City of Iloilo. It is a big town of 50 Barangays. Known as the "RICE GRANARY OF WESTERN VISAYAS", it has 7,559.56 hectares of agricultural land. Last December 1997, it was declared as the "CRISTMAS CAPITAL OF WESTERN VISAYAS". |
